Spinning Rings

Spinning rings originate from Buddhism, metal cylinders engraved with sacred text were used to recite religious practices. Today there is a general consensus that they help to relax the mind which is why they are also known as meditation rings, this is because when people are anxious they automatically look for something to fidget with. Our spinning rings are all made from sterling silver and then adorned with bands of silver, brass or copper, quite often we add texture to the bands, this coupled with how smooth they are inside means you will probably never own a ring as tactile as a spinner!
