How to measure your size?

Our fingers can vary in size depending upon whether we are hot or cold, its always best to measure your fingers when you feel a normal temperature, neither one or the other.

Try this...

• Cut out a thin strip of card/paper
• Wrap it around your finger and mark where it overlaps
• Measure the length of car/paper to the mark
• Use the ring conversion chart below to see where you fit in

For example; 55.6mm = Size O (British Size) 59mm = Size 9 (US Size)

If in doubt we can send you a rubber ring sizer in the post.

All parcels are posted 1st class 'Royal Mail Signed For' which can be tracked and traced. 

Once your order has been despatched, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you.

What is your jewellery made from? Our silver jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver. Any item of jewellery weighing above 7.78 grams is described as 'hallmarked 925 silver', any item below this threshold is described as 'exempt by weight'. How long will my items take to arrive? As soon as we receive your order it will be processed. Items will usually be despatched within 1-3 working days. All orders are posted 1st class 'Signed Delivery' with Royal Mail to ensure we can track and trace your item. During exhibitions it may take longer to despatch your order, but we will notify you accordingly.

How do I return my item? If you need to return an item, you have 7 days as per our 'Returns Policy'. Returns must be in the condition in which they were sold unless they were faulty. Where can I see your products? We exhibit at a variety of events throughout the UK which include Royal country shows, RHS flower shows, International horse trials, manors and palaces within the National Trust, speciality events and online. How do I measure my ring size? It is always best to measure your fingers when you feel a normal temperature. Ring sizes may also vary depending upon the style of ring (i.e. engagement or spinning ring). A slightly larger size is usually required for a wider band. Please see our 'Ring Sizing' charts for more information. If you need a ring sizer, we can send one in the post.

How long are your necklaces? We offer a variety of necklaces at different lengths; the most popular size is an 18" chain, but we can make them in any length you require. Full measurement details are available within product descriptions.
