What is your jewellery made from? Our silver jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver. Any item of jewellery weighing above 7.78 grams is described as 'hallmarked 925 silver', any item below this threshold is described as 'exempt by weight'. How long will my items take to arrive? As soon as we receive your order it will be processed. Items will usually be despatched within 1-3 working days. All orders are posted 1st class 'Signed Delivery' with Royal Mail to ensure we can track and trace your item. During exhibitions it may take longer to despatch your order, but we will notify you accordingly.

How do I return my item? If you need to return an item, you have 7 days as per our 'Returns Policy'. Returns must be in the condition in which they were sold unless they were faulty. Where can I see your products? We exhibit at a variety of events throughout the UK which include Royal country shows, RHS flower shows, International horse trials, manors and palaces within the National Trust, speciality events and online. How do I measure my ring size? If you are unsure of your ring size we can send one in the post for a £1.

How long are your necklaces? We offer a variety of necklaces at different lengths; the most popular size is an 18" chain, but we can make them in any length you require. Full measurement details are available within product descriptions.

How can I pay for my items? We accept all major credit and debit cards securely via PayPal and Shopify. Please select your preferred way to pay at the checkout. We can always take payment over the telephone if you prefer or send you an invoice via SMS.
