What is your jewellery made from? Our silver jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver. Any item of jewellery weighing above 7.78 grams is described as 'hallmarked 925 silver', any item below this threshold is described as 'exempt by weight'. How long will my items take to arrive? As soon as we receive your order it will be processed. Items will usually be despatched within 1-5 working days. All orders are posted 1st class tracked with Royal Mail and other couriers. During exhibitions it may take a bit longer to despatch your order, we will notify you ASAP. There may also be times when we have to make something specially for you which can take longer.

How do I return my item? If you need to return an item, you have 7 days as per our 'Returns Policy'. Returns must be in the condition in which they were sold unless they were faulty. Where can I see your products? We offer a selection of jewellery online but we also exhibit at a variety of events throughout the UK, examples include Crufts, BBC Gardeners World, RHS Flower Shows and International Horse Shows.

How do I measure my ring size? We can send you a ring sizer in the post if you need some help.

How long are your necklaces? We offer a variety of necklaces at standard lengths; the most popular size is an 18", but we do offer alternative sizes. Please ask.
