Spinning Rings

Spinning rings have their origins in Buddhism, where engraved metal cylinders were used as part of religious practice. Today they’re widely known as meditation rings — the gentle spinning motion helping to calm and focus the mind, because when we’re anxious, we instinctively reach for something to fidget with. 

Our spinning rings are handcrafted from sterling silver and adorned with bands of silver, brass, or copper, often with beautiful texture on the outer band. Combined with a silky-smooth inner ring, they’re probably the most satisfying and tactile ring you’ll ever own.
