We take great care in packing and sending every order. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver your Burbi jewellery.

Dispatch Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. During busy exhibition periods it may take a little longer — we will always notify you as soon as possible if there is any delay.

Delivery Methods

We use a combination of delivery methods depending on the size and value of your order, including Royal Mail Signed For and other tracked courier services. All parcels are fully tracked, and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Free delivery on all orders over £100
