Delivery Information

We take great care in packing and sending every order. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver your Burbi jewellery.

Dispatch Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. During busy exhibition periods it may take a little longer — we will always notify you as soon as possible if there is any delay.

Delivery Methods

We select the delivery service according to the value of your order. Orders of £150 or more are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and usually arrive the next working day after dispatch. Most other jewellery orders are sent using a tracked service, which does not normally require a signature.

Delivery Charges

• Standard delivery: £4.95
• Free delivery on all orders of £100 or more

Packaging

Your jewellery is carefully presented in a white leatherette box or a natural hessian-style drawstring pouch, with tissue paper in Burbi’s signature teal and a Burbi business card. The pouch can also be used to store your jewellery when it’s not being worn.
