What is your jewellery made from?Our silver jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver. Any item of jewellery weighing above 7.78 grams is described as 'hallmarked 925 silver', any item below this threshold is described as 'exempt by weight'.We also use copper, brass, and gold plating on some items.Please visit https://theassayoffice.co.uk/ for more information.
How long will my items take to arrive?As soon as we receive your order it will be processed. Items will usually be despatched within 1-3 working days.All orders are posted 1st class 'Signed Delivery' with Royal Mail to ensure we can track and trace your item.During exhibitions it may take longer to despatch your order, but we will notify you accordingly.

How do I measure my ring size?If you are unsure of your ring size we can send one in the post for a £1.
How long are your necklaces?We offer a variety of necklaces at different lengths; the most popular size is an 18" chain, but we can make them in any length you require.Full measurement details are available within product descriptions.
