What is your jewellery made from?
Our silver jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver. Any item weighing above 7.78 grams is described as 'hallmarked 925 silver'; any item below this threshold is described as 'exempt by weight'. We also use copper, brass, and gold plating on some items. Visit The Assay Office for more information.
Do you make bespoke or handmade jewellery?
Yes! We handmake jewellery to order, including pieces in gold. Whether you have something specific in mind or would like to discuss ideas, we'd love to hear from you. Enquiries are very welcome.
How long will my items take to arrive?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. We use a combination of delivery methods depending on the size and value of your order, including Royal Mail Signed For and other tracked courier services. During exhibitions it may take a little longer — we will notify you as soon as possible. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items may take additional time.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is £3.95. We offer free delivery on all orders over £100.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item, you have 14 days as per our Returns Policy. Returns must be in the condition in which they were sold, unless they were faulty. Please note we cannot accept returns on earrings due to health and hygiene regulations.

Where can I see your products in person?
We exhibit at events all over the country throughout the year — from major flower shows and horse trials to craft fairs and Christmas markets. There's a good chance we'll be coming to somewhere near you! Check our Events page to see where you can find us.
How do I measure my ring size?
Visit our Ring Sizing Guide for step-by-step instructions and a full UK size chart. Alternatively, we can send you a ring sizer in the post — just get in touch.
How long are your necklaces?
We offer a variety of necklaces at standard lengths. The most popular size is 18", but we do offer alternative sizes — please ask us.

How can I pay for my items?
We accept all major credit and debit cards securely via PayPal and Shopify. Please select your preferred payment method at checkout. We can also send secure payment links for bespoke items not available online.
