Our silver jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver. Any item weighing above 7.78 grams is described as 'hallmarked 925 silver'; any item below this threshold is described as 'exempt by weight'. Do you make bespoke or handmade jewellery?
Yes! We handmake jewellery to order, including pieces in gold. Whether you have something specific in mind or would like to discuss ideas, we'd love to hear from you! Enquiries are very welcome.
How long will my items take to arrive?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. We use a combination of delivery methods depending on the size and value of your order, including Royal Mail Signed For and other tracked courier services. During exhibitions it may take a little longer — we will notify you as soon as possible. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items may take additional time.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is £4.95. We offer free delivery on all orders over £100.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item, you have 14 days as per our Returns Policy. Returns must be in the condition in which they were sold, unless they were faulty. Please note we cannot accept returns on earrings due to health and hygiene regulations.
